The facility offers a breathtaking view of the sea and complete privacy in a beautiful environment of olive trees. Air perfumed with lavender, rosemary, olives, citruses and has profound effect upon our senses.

This aesthetically pleasing space offers a relaxed atmosphere with serene touches.

The area is approximately 200 m2 of living space and 550 m2 of the property. It is fully air-conditioned and can fit up to 8 people. There are four bedrooms with double beds, their own private bathrooms, and terraces. If you're visiting in the colder months, floor heating and a fireplace will be available for you to use.

The villa was completely renovated with love and care in 2022 and is equipped to the highest standards using natural materials.

PROPERTY

The intention was to create unique setting that invites guests to reconnect. Outdoor is essential part of the SALT/STONE experience.

Heated pool of 34 m2 and 1.5 meters deep has inbuilt bench where you can sip the cocktails dipped in to the water.

An 8-bed sunbathing deck with umbrellas and an outdoor shower, all with a wonderful view, bring an ambience of bliss and seclusion. A Mediterranean garden and an outdoor kitchen complete the experience. The outside kitchen is furnished with a fridge, an ice maker and a BBQ – great for entertainment with a wooden 8-seat dining table and bar stools that face the sea.

BEACH & MOUNTAIN

The beach is only 100m below the house. It is a white pebbles beach sheltered with pine trees. There are two beach bars with simpler food and a hotel with fine dinning restaurant, massage and water-sports.

Only a steps away from the property lies an undiscovered treasure. Starting from a small ancient village, a walking path leads through olive tree fields and bringing you to a mountain where you can jog or hike. Every view is a breathtaking postcard of the sea.

WELLNESS

Take advantage of total seclusion and rejuvenation. 

Treat yourself to a sauna and jacuzzi session that will nurture your body and replenish your spirit. 

Enjoy the aromatic benefits of aromatherapy or the healing properties of a salt wall in the bio sauna.
